STOXBELL treats all client information with strict confidentiality. We will not disclose your business information, financial data, or identity to any third party except as required to fulfil the Services (e.g., to appointed intermediaries under confidentiality obligations) or as required by law.
Clients similarly agree to keep confidential any proprietary processes, methodologies, or information shared by STOXBELL during the engagement.
All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, logos, and code — is the exclusive property of STOXBELL Wealth Pvt Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Reports, documents, and deliverables created specifically for a client engagement become the property of the client upon full payment of fees, unless otherwise agreed.
STOXBELL's liability in connection with any engagement shall be limited to the fees paid by the client for that specific engagement. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
We are an advisory and coordination firm. The success of an IPO depends on multiple regulatory, market, and company-specific factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, valuation, or subscription result. Please also refer to our Disclaimer.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ernakulam, Kerala, India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of this website or our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Either party may terminate an engagement arrangement in writing with prior notice as specified in the engagement letter. Upon termination, all fees due for work completed up to the date of termination shall remain payable.
